The Nyaho Nursing Home Care is a newly introduced service at Nyaho Medical Centre where a nurse provides care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
2. How can one book for Nursing care at home?
To book for a home nurse, patients or caregivers should simply call 0501561207, 0501322889 or send an email to aamoah@nyahomedical.com/dkunuyi@nyahomedical.com to book the appointment.
3. What Services are provided under the Nyaho Nursing Homecare?
The following services are offered:
a. Care for newborn babies
b. Post-Operative Care
c. Catheter Care
d. Tube feeding
e. Wound dressing
f. Administration of medication
g. Care of the aged
h. Treatment of pressure areas
i. Taking of blood samples
4. How long does it take to provide a home nurse?
Following a phone conversation by the client, our team will schedule a visit within 4 hours.
5. Do you offer long-term nursing care?
Long-term nursing service is provided on request.
6. Can you discuss your home care needs with the nurse during your admission and discharge?
Yes, you can. Home care needs may be discussed with the nursing team while on admission or while you are being discharged from the Centre.
7. Does the home care services include providing support on home safety initiatives for my children?
The home care services can provide this support which includes education on the prevention of home accidents to families.
8. Can I get a home care nurse to provide continued breastfeeding support and care of oral candidiasis and oropharyngeal candidiasis (thrush) support?
These services are available on request.
