JOB: TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATIONS DIRECTOR
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functions of the Appointment
• Conduct legal research;
• Draft and review contracts with clients, vendors, and business partners;
• Liaise and support business stakeholders, clients or vendors with contract management;
• Assist with the execution of documents and other administrative matters;
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure follow through on actions; and
• Assist in the maintenance of a centralised contract management system and registery.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of tertiary qualification in Law (Ghana Bar associated); and
• Junior Lawyer with 1 or 2 years of experience post pupilage
• Excellent legal research and writing skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills, project management and business acumen;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.;
• Actively contribute to a vibrant, collaborative, team focused environment;
• Self-motivated and able to use resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions;
• Interest in the healthcare sector and medico-legal law; and
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
