Please be on high alert to fraudsters misleading the public by fictitiously claiming to be employees or doctors of Nyaho Medical Centre.
It has come to our notice that some individuals have tried to mislead the public by fictitiously claiming to be employees or doctors of Nyaho Medical Centre (“NMC”).
It has also come to our attention that these individuals send fake e-mails to relatives or friends of individuals living abroad using NMC’s name and address in fake stationary, claiming that such individuals have been admitted at our hospital and are being treated for various kinds of conditions and thus require immediate funds to cover payment for treatment.
Kindly note that NMC has its standard communication policies which it follows and this does not include making contact by email soliciting funds for payment to cover treatment for persons admitted at our facility. Please be advised that any individual willingly corresponding with such fraudulent individuals in any manner whether by e-mails or otherwise will be doing so at their own risk. NMC strongly recommends that friends and families who receive such emails should not respond to their solicitations.
Kindly note that NMC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred directly or indirectly through correspondence with fraudulent individuals and that such communication should not be treated as a representation from NMC.
Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of an email, letter or telephone communication purportedly from, for, or on behalf of Nyaho Medical Centre, please send us an email query before taking any further action in relation to the correspondence.
Our official channels for communication are info@nyahomedical.com and clientservices@nyahomedical.com.
